MANDATORY

5 years experience in the CRM Call Centre arena. Business and IT appreciation, with ability to link the two, and qualify/quantify opportunities. Able to analyse and shape complex/ ambiguous situations./ Sustain and develop relationships with key clients/ Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated by examples of strong executive influence (Bus & IT), team leadership and negotiation skills. Understanding of how CRM related products fit into the total architecture/ solution/ environment.

Job Title:         Oracle CRM Senior Consultant

Location:         Any UK, must be mobile

Salary:             Up to £60K + Bens

  MANDATORY 

Project Manager/Team lead experience in Oracle CRM must have a proven track record of leading at least 2 successful Oracle engagements, including 1 with CRM content to client satisfaction and within budget to project timescales. 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications with an extensive knowledge of the modules. Will be expected to be hands on, as well as Project Manager/Team Leader. Demonstrate a sound understanding of CRM concepts and business requirements and be capable of working in a strategic and pre-sales capability.  Must understand PM tools, methods. Managing the profitability and quality of projects, building and managing project teams 6-10 people.  Achieving defined personal billing targets.  Client management.  Project Financial management Delivering to project plan. Supports the client with Project planning covering the full project life cycle, project resource identification, scheduling, task and budget management. Job Title:         Siebel CRM Consultant

MANDATORY

Enterprise-wide CRM Consulting/ Siebel CRM Package Sales Force Automation or Call centre or Campaign Management, Sales and Service Enterprise's implementation requirements. Client and server operating systems and hardware platforms/ CRM business drivers, and the benefits of solutions within the Siebel Package to address these issues.  Workshop Facilitation and Strategy Development Techniques. In depth understanding of at least one prime Vertical industry segment. Understanding of business flow and process between front and back office applications. Senior candidates will be required to have 10+ years Consulting Experience, Five of which should be in the CRM field and 2 with Siebel package. For Other Positions, candidates will be required to have 5+ years Consulting experience, Three of which should be in the CRM field and 1- 2 with Siebel package Excellent customer facing skills.
