Mandatory: Degree level or equivalent,  IP Networking, Customer Relationship Management, 3 yrs' experience of IP networking with a good general background in LAN /WAN technologies,  Demonstrable experience of pre-sales technical marketing environments, to include requirements gathering, documentation,
presentations of bid deliverables and support of sales force. Knowledge of e-business technologies to include operating systems, such as NT, Sun, AIX, and associated application software's, (Net. Commerce etc).

Desirable Skills: Server Operating Systems/Hardware Server Application Software
