The Role: Prime focus of the role is routine Service Reporting for strategic outsourcing account, to ensure accurate reporting and customer satisfaction with report quality.

Mandatory: Experience of collating and analysing data and producing reports, High Degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Lotus 123 or Microsoft Excel. Ability to work under own initiative and efficiently organise workload with minimal supervision, dedicated and Customer-Focused. Desirable Skills: Competence with other Microsoft Office and Lotus Smartsuite applications, Data extraction and automated reporting capabilities.
