The
Role: post implementation support to SAP Clients
contracted to the Help Desk and Application
Support Service.
Mandatory:
3 years working with SAP in a development role.
(Areas like Reporting, online programming /
Transaction development. BDC, Sapscript and Data
transfer tools). Experience in working in a
Customer Service environment as part of a team.
Good level of functionality and configuration,
reporting tools relevant to a specific area.
Worked within the appropriate business process for
1-2 years from a Specialist Position.
Desirable
Skills:
One year or more working with SAP in a User
support environment. Experience
in multiple business environments, knowledge of
ABAP span from, SAP versions 3.1H to 4.6C.
Knowledge of one or more ERP module functionality
and configuration, good knowledge of at least one
Business processes area e.g. logistics.
