meta data repository or Infrastructure - covering overall business
intelligence architecture and components such as networking, comms,
operating systems and database management systems.
Desirable
Skills: 5
- 8 years in IT / Customer Facing / Appropriate knowledge of architectures
Leading Teams / Modeling Tool Knowledge. System Design /Business Process Modeling
/ Advantage to have specific industry knowledge. Understanding
of how BI related products fit into the total architecture / solution /
environment.

and tools, [especially Oracle DBMS utilities and tools or Experience with
DB2 or Windows NT/ Understanding of functional Integration requirements
between front and back office applications. Five years experience in
relevant IT field, with at least 2 years Business Analysis experience with
leading CRM packaged application.
Desirable
Skills: Good Team player/ Innovative/ Good Customer facing skills.
Preferred experience/knowledge in leading CRM package
preferably Siebel.

Develop, deploy and maintain
efficient process/s for capturing, customer requirements for system
development/changes. Provide consultancy and where necessary leadership to
HR end users/ in detailing SoR's for their business needs for IT systems /
changes. / Co-ordinate assignment of tasks within HR IT development group,
on the basis of greatest need / business impact, ensuring detailed plans
are in place for all tasks assigned. Track status of tasks via regular
status meetings with developers. / Communicate achievements, and planned
goals within the HR community. Set customer expectations levels and manage
to these expectations for Delivery of solutions. / Project Management
techniques and ISO 9000 standards are used at all times.
