The Role: Work with the Security Manager to document and identify IT Security related risks. Articulate implications of risk and recommend solutions to eliminate or reduce risk.

Mandatory: A mixture of technical security and client facing skills, An in-depth understanding of IT security, including security policy, standards (e.g. BS7799) and controls for both logical and physical security In-depth understanding and experience of UNIX and NT security, A good technical understanding of  cryptography, TCP/IP, Firewalls and Tivoli. Ability to run audit tools, interpret results, propose solutions.

Desirable Skills: Experience within financial service sector

The Role: To ensure that contractual requirements for security are satisfied and that opportunities to improve security are identified.

Mandatory: Good communication skills, mixture of technical security and client facing skills, in-depth understanding of IT security including security policy standards BS7799 and controls for both logical and physical security. In-depth understanding and experience of base operating systems, In-depth understanding of RACF, UNIX and NT security. A good technical understanding of  Networks, cryptography, TCP/IP, Firewalls and Tivoli Ability to run audit tools, interpret results, propose solutions.

Desirable Skills: Experience within the financial service sector.

Job Title:     Security Transition Project Manager

Location:     West Midlands / Hampshire

Salary:        Up to £37K + Bens  

The Role: To manage all in scope security tasks during the transition phase of a new contract.

Mandatory:  Proven project management experience.  All round understanding of IT security, including security policy, processes and standards, logical and physical security controls. Risk identification and management experience. Good oral and written communication skills. 

Desirable Skills: In depth understanding of a base operating system,  In depth understanding of security products,  ACF/2, Top Secret,  Axent ESM etc.  IT security audit experience.  Knowledge of IT security standards and processes.

Job Title:    IT Security Consultant

Location:    Any UK

Salary:       Up to £60K + Bens

The Role: Responsible for producing the high-level security design of an e-business application. Works with the client to define the functional, usability and operational requirements of the e-business application.

Mandatory: Excellent understanding of security and web technologies and their application, covering two or more operating system environments, Networking systems,  IT Delivery management processes,  Infrastructure design method,  Risk assessment Public Key Infrastructure, Internet Gateway Security functions, Security Policy.

Desirable Skills: Strong track record of senior management influence, business and IT Formal consulting experience.

Job Title:     Security Architect

Location:     Any UK, must be Mobile

Salary:        Negotiable

The Role: To advises the client on the design choices associated with security controls, security management, and integration with existing IT security mechanisms.

Mandatory: Excellent understanding of security and web technologies and their application. Experience across a broad range of IT activities, involving multiple projects, multiple roles, ideally including IT management, Security technologies and products Firewalls, LDAP, Digital Certificates. Experience of taking a key role in shaping and delivering successful IT security projects supporting e-business applications such as on-line banking, reservation systems and on-line retailing. Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to analyse and shape complex/ambiguous situations.
